Lean manufacturing-proficient.
We implement lean manufacturing to enhance workplace efficiency, safety, self-improvement and worker empowerment, ensuring high-quality production standards. Our framework for manufacturing involves the Japanese business philosophy of Kaizens, or continuous improvement across the organisation. We conduct 25 Kaizens per month, focusing on constant employee training & providing them with the best facilities. We follow a bottom-ur approach, empowering employees to take initiative and share ideas, knowing they're the experts in improving their own work.
