THE PALADAM FACILITY
Based in South-West Chennai, our Padalam facility, a LEED Gold certified unit, drives over 65% of our 2.2 million annual production with 1,200 employees. Featuring two production floors, an in-house testing lab & and a new 32,000 sq ft automated warehouse, this unit exemplifies efficiency & sustainability.

The Perungudi Facility
Expanding to the South-East of the coastal city, our Perungudi unit excels with a Grade-A BSCI & WCA audit, housing an advanced machine embroidery unit. With 800 employees, it handles 35% of our annual production, focusing on shirts and tops, all while maintaining high sustainability standards.

Atelier Unit
Our manufacturing facility features a dedicated Atelier unit, where our design and merchandising teams drive innovation and creativity. With a sample production setup capable of 5,000 units per month, we ensure every concept evolves into high-quality products.
Warehousing Facility
Our new 32,000 square foot warehouse meets C-TPAT standards, utilising a forklift-assisted 4D racking system and SAP-integrated stock maintenance. With FIFO methods in place, we optimise raw material valuation and inventory tracking for enhanced efficiency.
Expert Embroidery
Our in-house embroidery unit specialises in intricate and durable designs, delivering everything from fine details to bold statements. Equipped to handle large volumes, this unit brings an elevated, personalised touch to our garment offerings.
Testing Lab
Equipped with a comprehensive in-house testing lab, our manufacturing units assess potential risks during design and conduct rigorous analysis on samples before production. This meticulous process guarantees that only the highest-quality items proceed to further quality checks.
Printing Unit
Our printing unit combines precision and creativity, handling various printing techniques that meet diverse design needs. With capabilities for screen and heat transfer printing, we ensure vibrant, high-quality prints on every garment, tailored to your brand's unique style.
Laundry & Washing
Our facility will soon be equipped with exceptional laundry and washing facilities that use eco-friendly processes, minimising water consumption and chemical use. The unit will include: Sustainable Machines & Washes – E-Flow, Ozone, Laser, Natural Earth Pigment, Mineral dyes, Eco Ball Blast, Sustainable PP.
